Your pharmacist will assess your condition, discuss treatment options, and — if appropriate — provide medication on the spot. For NHS services, standard prescription charges may apply.

Every pharmacy on Fylo is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and meets the same regulatory standards as NHS pharmacies. You can verify any pharmacy’s registration on the GPhC website.

If your condition needs further investigation, your pharmacist will refer you to your GP or, in urgent cases, advise you to visit A&E. You’ll never be left without a next step.

Cancel directly in your Fylo account. Give at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or release of your card hold. For private bookings with deposit terms, a late cancellation or no-show may retain up to the deposit agreed at booking. NHS appointments have no cancellation fee.
